Electronic health records for hospitals
Atlas holds each patient's full medical history in one place, available at the bedside, during ward rounds, and at any hour of the day. The system continues to operate when the internet connection is lost, and staff may use it in the language they are most comfortable with.
Atlas Health Systems
Designed to support healthcare teams even when connectivity is limited.
About Atlas
Paper records are easily misplaced, and handwritten notes are not always legible. A patient's file may be held in another department while the clinician treating them asks questions the hospital has already recorded the answers to.
Atlas addresses this with a single record for each patient, available to those responsible for their care and updated as treatment progresses. Staff spend less time locating information and more time with the patient.

A single record follows the patient through registration, the ward, the laboratory and the pharmacy. Information is entered once and remains available to every department.
Centralized digital records for medical histories, diagnoses, medications, allergies, clinical notes, and test results.
Simplified registration, appointments, admissions, and coordination between hospital departments.
Structured tools that help doctors and nurses record patient information clearly and efficiently.
Manage laboratory orders, imaging requests, prescriptions, results, and follow-up information.
Transform hospital data into useful information for operations, planning, and quality improvement.
Support for setup, configuration, staff onboarding, training, and continued technical assistance.
Reliable by Design
Atlas operates on a server within the hospital rather than a remote facility. If the connection is lost, staff continue to register patients and record clinical notes. Data is synchronised automatically once connectivity is restored, and no work is lost.
Offline Capability
Language
Atlas supports multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Amharic (አማርኛ), and Afaan Oromoo. Each member of staff selects a language once, and the entire system follows that choice: menus, forms, patient summaries and printed documents.
This ensures smoother operations and reduces errors by allowing staff to work in the language they know best.
Why Atlas
Our work begins with observation inside hospitals and continues well after the system is in use.
The screens follow the order in which work already takes place, observed on site before the system was designed.
Most staff are working confidently within a single shift, without extensive prior training.
Staff access only what their role requires. Every record opened is logged, and backups are taken nightly.
Installation, training and assistance long after the system is live, from a team familiar with your hospital.
